About Me
Hello, my name is Omar Vance and welcome to my personal website. The purpose of this site is to serve as an online biography and resume for anyone who is interested in learning about me.
I am currently employed at Target #1919 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, as Presentation Team Leader. I have worked at Target for seven years in various roles.
I was born on May 28, 1978, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and grew up in a very small town called Portia. I attended Black Rock School and graduated as valedictorian in 1996. I attended Arkansas State University beginning in Fall 1996 and graduated in May 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (emphasis in programming). I have also taken additional computer programming classes and have recently been working on completing a minor in Graphic Communications.
As far as interests, I love sci-fi and 80s cartoons. I am a huge Doctor Who fan, as well as Star Trek, Transformers, James Bond, GI Joe, He-Man, Thundercats, etc. You know, all of the geeky stuff. Also, I have become a fan of the musical TV series Glee. I like webpage programming and chatting online. You can find me on Facebook quite a bit.
